We offer 194 square meter for three bedroom unit, 110 square meter for two bedroom unit and 80 square meter for one bedroom unit.

TERMS & CONDITION

  • Minimum 1 year contract
  • Deposit 2 months and 1 month advance are required.
  • Water Charge 500 Baht/month.
  • Electricity Charge pays direct to MEA.
  • All Rates are in Thai Baht per unit per month inclusive of VAT 7%.
  • The Price are included the Maintenance Fee
